If you were to take a random sample of 100 poor people, 95 of them are probably going to be justifiably poor. Either because they can't hold a civil conversation, or because they dress like they just pick up the nearest thing and put it on, or because they lack basic hygiene skills, or because they have no motivation to work, or because they have bad habits that piss away money.
