it was a demo for the now cancelled silent hills game. Kojima left konomi and it all went to shit.
The original demo has historical value.
Not sure if the demo was part of the game, but it was made kind of like a concept piece of what the actual game would be.

It wasn’t a demo. Just a playable teaser. PT would have nothing to do with the cancelled Silent Hills. It was just a idea of what we would have expected from the game.

Yea. But what makes anything valuable is how rare it is. PT is not rare anymore since they made a remake.
I mean maybe the originals will be sought out for but it’s value did decrease with a remake. Although not original, it’s literally the same thing with a few visual differences.
