I know this is a fucking crapshoot but I don't want to ask on reddit.... Can anyone in Alberta, Canada help me get a doctor? I need a doctor willing to give me blood tests because I'm taking HRT and every doctor I've been to has denied me treatment. I've been to the gender clinic and they denied me treatment because I won't socially transition because I look like a man and won't change my name. I'm just trying to not kill myself and I just want to take hrt to help me not fucking neck myself....
Unfortunately about as good as I'd give you is to get in touch with post-secondary schools and see if they have trans groups that might be able to help you. Unfortunately, though I'm Albertan, I haven't seen a doctor in nearly twenty years so I don't know what else to say.

I've been to 20+ doctors and they have all refused. Usually due to saying it's a legal risk or something similar No, I would be a girl if it were possible but I don't pass.

The gender clinic I went to is at the U of A and he refused to write my letter unless I change my name.. I will lose my job if I do though.

I've already been on hrt for about 1.5 years now self-medding so they're doing more harm by not giving me blood tests. The effects are irreversible at this point.
