It actually sucks. I haven't done it in a while, so I could smoke a $20 sack and feel really good for a few hours. After that, i'd probably end up continuing for 3 or 4 days, and feel just exhausted and basically how i imagine schizophrenics feel much of the time. You start getting diminishing returns very quickly, and its not very pleasurable once that happens.

Okay theres a lot of very christian sounding anti drug people in this thread, smoking heroin is extremely inefficient, it doesnt vaporize properly when heated in a joint/cigarette. You get a minuscule amount of active chemical going into your lungs, and even then a lot of that isnt absorbed properly due to it being carbon. Smoking heroin is not even comparable to injecting it in terms of intensity and dependency. Its also quite a rare thing to see these days, you dont see smokers as much. Its not worth it for an actual addict. Thats why its popular with casual users too afraid to inject.
