I've had it for about 4 months and it alternates from discharging lots of usually odorless fluid and sometimes foul smelling fluid, its seriously starting to annoy me and i dont wanna go to the doctor becuase it might be embarassing and i want to solve it myself

I've had something similar. It does not go away on its own. Also, there is a chance it can get infected. The discharge is annoying as fuck because you always feel like you need to regularly go to the bathroom and wipe your ass or you might stink.
Just go to the doctor. They've seen so much worse dude. This is nothing to them, trust me. And you can't solve it yourself because at the very least you'll need prescription medication. They might drain it and clean it, but probably not. It only takes a minute anyway. Just go to the doctor
