Wanna kill myself . I got like 100 pills Mirtazapin 30mg and another 150 ASS AL 100 TAH pills that I got after my stroke in combination would that kill me or make me a vegetable ? Other than that I could hang myself or straight up slit my throat

if you take all of the ASS and TAH at once you should die. Take them with at least 3 full cups of water (or an alcoholic beverage would be better) and try to sleep. I'd take as many sleeping pills as you have or do whatever you do to make yourself fall asleep. Popping a bunch of the antidepressants might help calm your nerves too

also you will feel like vomiting. Do whatever you can to not vomit you need to digest all those pills otherwise you're just looking at a fat hospital bill

a good way to not vomit is to eat ginger. If you have some just eat like no more than half a handful of it straight up and drink some salt water (salty enough to be cloudy after mixing it in)
