Any licensed gun dealer is going to ask for your ID at a minimum and your Connecticut driver's license means they'll have to transfer the gun to another licensed dealer in your state and then you have to complete your state's requirements before you can take possession.

Simple answer is no. Federal law prohibits crossing State lines to purchase a handgun and taking possession of it there. You can buy one across State lines but it must be shipped to a FFL in your State. Buying a handgun from a private individual across State lines is also illegal.
