Yep, been doing that over the past year or so at dispensaries. Previously I had "a guy" and just got pretty basic indica. Now having a diverse selection and choice, sativas and hybrids, has been great. Love most of the haze varieties that I've tried, and more citrusy stuff like Pineapple Express. Works great in my arizer vape.

Eh, it only takes a few bucks to get high, a cocktail usually costs more than a joint. It's not a bad way to chill out or recover from a hangover, it makes food taste better, and if you're sad about something it can help cheer you up.

Literally just go to a university bar and start asking people if they will give you a number; I'd say about 1 in 10 college kids minimum will know a dealer, you just need to act casual and ask. Stoners tend to look out for each other, so try to make it seem like you do it regularly but lost your contact.

Otherwise, just ask your friends if they know anyone who smokes. So many people do it that you'll probably get a few names, then just explain that you want a contact to those guys and you'll likely get one.

Pretty much any drug or recreational activity is a waste of time and money...

However, in the "drugs" category, weed is probably the best waste of time and money, because of all the reasons everyone has already repeated a billion times over by now.

I mean, if you're gonna do drugs, I'd recommend sticking to weed; the rest are largely crap. Booze, pills, needles, powders, just stick to pot cuz all the rest have way too many down sides where pot has like none...

if alcohol wasnt so expensive and didnt have hangovers i'd prefer it but the reality is that getting high every night is cheaper than getting drunk every night and weed doesn't leave you tired, hungover and lethargic the next day.

The court system is already taxed hard enough with giggling stoners getting busted for less than an ounce of weed. This is why there's been such a push to legalize weed since the first prohibition laws, and especially today in the information age...

Further, the court systems are "funded" (read: operated) by their respective municipalities or jurisdictions (county court vs. Supreme Court of USA, etc); they don't need to bust stoners for a few hundred bucks on their eighth of weed to keep the lights on. Suggesting otherwise is simply leftist (or young) imagination. Courts are a function of government, and thus their every need is provided by such.
