to be honest with you, I haven't found anything. just some few things that make me feel a bit better. basically all you have is your shitty mind and the need to keep on living for no absolute fucking reason

yes, user. i got tired of being a depressed fuck. hear me out. set a timer for 10 minutes, then stare directly into your own eyes in the bathroom mirror. ideally, lights should be a little dim. i know it sounds crazy, but it simulates social acceptance. if you do this everyday, you will be significantly less depressed. i do it myself. also, cut out drinking and smoking weed if you do that.

Get 30 minutes cardio 3-4 weekly.
Meditate 10 minutes daily.

Cut out soda and sugary beverages including fruit juice.
Eat a diet rich in leafy greens and vegetables. Cut out processed carbs.
Work 30 minutes a day on something you enjoy like a new skill or hobby.

If these do not take care of it.
See a therapist.
Consider medication.
