Good luck. It's harder for an artist to draw a character that "looks like the character" if they have a shit reference. I'd work on making a front ref like the other girl at the very least. Even if it's a shit drawing, it still helps. The easier a reference is to understand, the more likely an artist will be willing to work with you.
