user,
how do you get rid of anxiety ?
User
Alcohol.
drinking sorta helps
Xanax does a pretty good job of that, but you can become addicted.
Alcohol.
propranolol. Makes your adrenal gland stop producing adrenaline. (short term)
Alcohol TEMPORARILY makes it better, for one night. That shit makes it 100x worse in the long run. Exercise, healthy eating and meditation/mindfulness is the only way to naturally truly combat it. Your well being will improve so much and you will transform your entire life. I self medicated with alcohol/drugs for years. Shit is no joke. Depression as a result of that is a mother fucker. Just eat right and exercise. Give it 2 months. You will be a new person.
Try psilocybin mushrooms
Through meditation and learning to let go of clinging to the past, the future, objects, mental formations, sensations, etc.
Also Psilocybin.
i thought it only slowed your heart rate. are you sure?
pregabalin works great for me, also doesn't require prescription
I didn't. I got a lawyer and got disability for it. But the meds and therapy do help
Weed
Zoloft and I can't smoke weed anymore
phenelzine
stop doing drugs
eat healthy
work out
I'm actually thinking that eating a bullet is the best solution after years of this crap.
ayy lmao
Weed will only make your more anxious if you already have anxiety. Plus some weed is so strong these days psychosis is possible if abused long enough. Its fine in moderation like everything else.
you can abandon life without suiciding. just sell everything, go to a tropical island and enjoy your vacations till you run out of money. then you can man up and do something with your life or pull the trigger
self-esteem
Depends on the strain, sativas will stim the mind and probably make the anxiety worse but indicas should relax an anxious person. Before you buy check the weedwiki for a good strain.
a large quantity of DMT to put things in perspective
Read the book “Fuck Anxiety”. It helped me a lot.
This is a really good question, and I feel like it deserves an answer based on the degree of anxiety.
For example: most people experience a certain degree of anxiety as a part of their daily lives. A healthy level of anxiety elicits an actionable response for well adjusted people. By this I mean that generally people will attempt to mitigate situations that cause them anxiety by positioning themselves in such a way to insulate themselves from vulnerable positions. More practically this means that people will isolate themselves, or aggressively address the situation. Basically this amounts to a fight or flight paradigm.
What has evolved from this however, based on the ever increasing complexity of human social relationships, is that people don't know whether to fight or flight, leading to a sort of limbo state where the inaction becomes the source of anxiety itself. Better said, a refusal to confront, or rather not confront situations which cause us anxiety can actually override our natural instinct and become a more threatening emotional state than if we were to simply chose.
