What sort of aids do I have on my arm, and in a small patch on my back?
Probably just good old fashioned regular AIDS. Nothing to worry about.
Congratulations you have bedbugs. Check your mattress and surrounding areas.
but none on wife?
Some people are alergic to the bites others are not. I could also be an allergic reaction to something that you ate.
Plausible. Some people react much more severely to the bites and others don't even notice them.
Looks like scabies my dude. Trust me I work at an old folks home.
Its either bed bugs or psoriasis.
>psoriasis
Looks dry in all pics I've seen?
It's in no way Scabies. I would really doubt my medical knowledge if I was you, you clearly have no idea what you are talking about.
And second, if you work at an old folks house and there are scabies outbreaks then you should all be thrown out because of your lack of abilities.
Not psoriasis or scabies. Doesn't look fungal or infectious. Any other symptoms? How long have they been there? Anyone else at home have them?

Check your bed and carpet for bedbugs. If it is bedbugs you need to hire an exterminator. You need to wash everyone's clothes put them in plastic trash bags. Check outlets. Throw away mattresses and clutter. It is hell.
No one else with them. It's a very clean house. They seem to have slightly clear fluid, and are raised. Very itchy. I do have Hashimoto's.
Any new clothing or washing detergent in the house? No fever? Any recent travel or hiking? When did it start?
Are you on levothyroxine for your Hashimotos? Are you managing well?
Looks a lot like Eczema, especially if you already have tendancy to auto-immune disease it raises the risk of other auto-immune/inflammatory diseases. To determine which type of eczema (most certainly atopique) it is requires an extensif anamnesis. Try hydrating lotion, low heat showers with cleaning products for atopic skin, and applying only on the lesions some corticoids cream.
Looks like psoriasis I got it for the first time this past winter. Got prescribed a cream and went away in a week
Shingles?
Really nigger?
Apologies. In meetings all day. Managed mostly well... No hiking, but did cut my lawn (I'm surrounded by woods). No recent travel, but I travel a great deal for business. On thyroid meds, yes (synthroid)
That looks like Leprosy
psoriasis
That's not scabies. I've had scabies before
Not silvery, or scabby.
