A professional voice artist can only put out about 180 words per minute and remain intelligible. Voice to text is not as good at recognizing speech as a human, so there is no way in hell that a typist working at 160 words per minute is being outstripped by most speech to text software.

You say that but you've never actually tried it like I have. I have been able to produce Beyond 300 words in a minute. I'm talking no grammatical errors or incorrect words. If you really don't believe me then try it yourself. Even if you get close you will be able to see with practice in pronunciation it's not hard at all
