acid is best drug. get cozy, maybe stock up on some art supplies or fabrics with interesting textures you can study, eat a light yet filling meal before dropping, and be prepared to spend the entire night awake. I always have a hard time sleeping after I have a good trip. also, disconnect yourself from the external world. no phone, no compooper, no TV unless its nature docs. music is your friend as is colors. enjoy your trip.
