If you can't think of anything else to do, pick up a pencil, grab some paper, put on some music, and draw. It doesn't matter what you draw, how well you draw it, or what other people think about it, just do it.
And if you can afford booze, you can afford to get a pencil and paper, so don't try to talk yourself out of it.

I think thats a very healthy way for op to create something positive from these feelings. When ever i feel the wave of existential dread i always draw, play some guitar, or cook a fresh meal. Just do something you don’t regularly do

The only way to rid yourself of negative emotions of any kind is to express them. If you have nothing better to live for, why not do something as simple as drag lead across paper?
Getting the dopamine hit off of pitying yourself and trying to get others to pity you is worthless and only makes the problem worse as you reinforce the imbalances in your brain chemistry by "rewarding" yourself by feeling bad about yourself.

Drawthreads are for being judged, and as I said before, what other people think doesn't matter. Even if all you do is scribble shitty circles all day, the very least you can do is take solace in the fact that you are going to get better at what you're doing no matter how hard you try, as long as you keep doing it.
