quantum mechanics also prevents any higher powers from stuff like knowing the position and velocity of something small. The theory doesn't just say the best we can currently do is understand things by ways of probabilities, it says the ultimate nature of the universe itself is probabilistic.
For godfags, its the same as a god making a stone so heavy he himself cant lift it. If the god created the universe this way, then he also can't observe things because of how its made. Nothing can do both.

You need to take several courses in quantum physics just to get familiar with the bizarre presentation it requires. Everyday experiences/Newtonian physics and quantum physics are basically separate universes. I don't claim to fully understand it, and anyone that says they do is fucking lying.
Even after some experience, understanding the fineness of ideas like hidden variables and action at a distance take some serious thinking rather than just maths.

It means 99.97% of people that wax philosophical about quantum mechanics have no background in the theory and only know some of the vague weirdness, which they make baseless pseudoscience claims about.
Physicist can and will have their own opinions on the meaning of the theory, but they know what the limits of experimentation and even theories due to the basic laws. At a certain point trying to physically describe what is happening is not possible so it ceases to be physics and becomes whatever one wants to believe it is.
