Think about it, if you work full time you have costs associated with obtaining your money. in monetary form cost of gas/or cost of public transport + time to get there. Then there's the time it takes in a standard business day to earn that money so let's say 8 hours. Then the cost of time + gas or public transit ticket to get home.
When you are on welfare what's your cost to get your money? Almost nothing. So why the fuck would anyone on welfare want to get off it? sure there are exceptions, but the vast majority are happy to get money for free.
The best example i will use is a girl i went to college with, her parents and her sister were welfare pieces of trash, they did not have any goals in life, she told me her sister was fine doing nothing all day just watching movies and playing on her phone.
by all logic this girl should have followed the same course in her life, but she didnt she didnt want to live like that so she got a job. But thats one example and it in 3 out of 4 people make the wrong choice and "stay poor" with no goals or objective in life but to live off the system.
