In terms of school (if you're in college or going to be), make sure to apply yourself. Actually go to classes and try to do well. Obviously still party and drink and experiment and all that, but don't sacrifice your education for any of that. Trust me, the pain of having to deal with catching up later in life sucks.

In terms of jobs, finding a good job is important, but ultimately if you're not happy, just stay for a year or so for the experience and get the hell out. Always update your resume and be on the look out for better opportunities. Unless you're extremely satisfied with your pay and your work, then cherish that job and everybody who works that job like your life depended on it. But again, work experience is the main goal in your twenties - most jobs prefer previous experience than anything else.

I was tired. All. The. Time. I got my first job graduate position at 25. Shit money, treated like a numbskull.

30's were a hell of a lot better. Married my wife. Competent enough in my job that I could pull in decent money. Bought a house. Learned how to ride a motorcycle and fell in love. Rescued like 4 cats, who bring me so much joy. International holidays every year plus international travel for my job (shithole countries but still kind of interesting).

40's are shaping up even better. Less stress, lots of freedom, still physically fit and running/cycling/lifting.

Best piece of advice? Some people majorly luck out and some people don't. But the vast majority of people in the West have a modicum of control over their life, circumstances, environment and drive. Don't fall for this teenage, angsty, woe-is-me bullshit and don't buy into the whole "it goes downhill after 25" lie. It goes downhill over 25 if you're a superficial, insecure, vain little shithead who doesn't know how to be happy outside of building a lame Insta-image of a perfect life that 99.9% of us NEVER have anyway.

Shun what society thinks is valuable and do whatever the fuck makes you happy. Yes, money is important. So is enjoyment. So is joy.
