This is also precisely why the rate of Herpes infection from black males to sexual partners has been shown in the scientific literature to be an incidence of over 300x the standard rate of the typical sexual encounter. There is essentially no real way to tell if a black male has herpes by inspection, unless it is his initial outbreak where the inflammation and height of the infection is its greatest.
