my neighbor is an incredibly hot latina lady who i have known for more 5+ years

we get along quite well, and we have been to each others apartments to play games, watch movies, and talk with other friends we have in common, so there is trust between us

the sad part is that my cellphone was recently stolen and i did not back up the pictures because i was afraid they would show up some other place at a wrong time. live and learn i guess.

but here is the kicker, Yea Forums. i have money to spare. forget about the phone. what is the best way to creepshot her? lets say i am willing to invest 2k usd in this project (ignore the phone replacement, that i have to get anyways).
