Heavy cardio and ABSOLUTELY NO SUGAR OF ANY VARIETY. Eat anything else you want. Drink lots of milk and consume lots of protein.

If you're doing heavy cardio, that doesn't really matter. Just reduce your total caloric intake and raise your metabolism through the cardio. What you're eating doesn't matter so much as how much you're eating.

I can vouch for the keto diet. You get a headache and a half until your body warms up to the fact it'll have to make it's own "carb"/fuel instead of getting it directly from your food. That said... holly fuck... not "watching what I ate" beyond eating within the rules of no carbs... I cut 16 pounds in one month... and 8-12 pounds for several months there after. My muscles started showing up without any working out! Who fucking new muscles are under fat?! From there, work outs were a breeze! The downside is you're locked into eating at home mostly or like a crazy person if you go out to eat anywhere. I regularly could and did eat a whole chicken and box (from costco) for lunch. Also, you shit super concentrated poop. Not constipated per se... but very heavy shit that don't flush easily... so like you gotta shit and flush at the same time sorta thing. Beyond that the only other downside is the mental aspect of looking "hot" suddenly in people that used to know you as fat and ignored you. That shit... is weird cuz the bullshit of "oh my god you're suddenly so interesting whereas before I never noticed you starts to wear out its welcome after the third or fourth time. The end.

Ok. Milk is an exception. You need the protein and the calcium. Your cardio will take care of the excess. Just run like a few miles a day. Start slow and work yourself up.

The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat. So basically don't eat anything and exercise as much as possible. Running or extended periods of constant exercise is best. I recommend taking a vitamin every day then eating nothing except maybe some peanuts and a small amount of grilled chicken everyday. The amount you lose is directly related to how hard you workout.

HIIT runs 5 days a week will do it faster than anything else. Plus lower your carb intake, increase your protein intake, and watch your sodium.
