Just taking a daily walk helps more than you might think. Doesn't have to be strenuous, just as long as if you're moving.

look up intermittent fasting

Proper nutrition and meal portion sizing. Don't eat breakfast as your biggest meal. Make it lunch. Eat less heavy proteins in favor for things like chicken and fish. Lost more veggies. No alcohol or sugar.

Pretty much been proven to be bunk. No more effective than eating the same amount of calories throughout the day.

Intermittent fasting isn't a bad thing. Just not actually good to get in shape quick. Also not the same person you responded to.

My meal would be a protein and vegetable. Preferably steak. Basically I wouldnt eat until after I was drunk every day. I would throw something on my grill at 10-11 o clock.

Its easy to not eat during the day if you are at work 6-6.

All about calories in and out.

Spend more time moving in general. Like set up a standing workstation and fiddle around the area while you're on your computer. It's a small amount of extra calories/effort every day but over time that shit really adds up.

I've dropped 80 lbs (over a few years) and I think the only real changes I made to my lifestyle were being less stationary when i'm relaxing and slightly dialing back on food portions.

I’d say go keto but some people find it difficult. In a matter of months you’d lose a ton of weight . This is just advice tho user at the end of the day your going to do what ever the FUCK you wanna do

Get a big ass jar of multivitamins, the alpha man is a pretty good brand and a big ass jar of bcaa capsules (only amino acids fuckface, no magic here), they are no different from the multivitamins. Order atleast 5 kg of whatever protein you can buy/afford whatever plus 10kg of oats. The whole thing costs around 100 bucks and will support your ass for a year atleast. Order a kg of creatine too. Brand doesnt matter but be very careful with it, I think it makes you lose hair if you abuse it or unlucky. I bought a kg of creatine like 3 years ago, I still have more than half of it, it was like 50 bucks or 20. fuck knows.
I work in a fucking ikea warehouse, I am the most buff guy and tbh i never eat breakfast or do anything religiously. Here is a pic of my leg so you dont call bs on me.

Walk for 1 1/2 hours in the morning at a moderate pace before eating. Eat 2 hours after. It's what I'd do if I was getting ready for competition.

The purpose of intermittent fasting is to not eat as much as usual due to you limiting yourself to a window to eat. You can't eat too much during a 6 hour window.

Purge drinking calories. Beer, soda, juice are pure sugar/carbs and will store as fat quicker.

Purge shit food. Cut back on carbs, fried and fatty, sugary foods. Eat more vegetables, soups. Fruits and greens.

Purge modern "luxuries". Get rid of your bed. Sleeping on the floor is excellent for your posture, and physical health. When you sleep in a bed, you simply swing your legs off the side and you're standing up. When you sleep on the floor, you must pick your entire body up off the floor.

reject the modern world. It's killing you. We can't even poop correctly as humans anymore. The modern toilet is ineffective for bowel movements.

Buy some of those ankle and arm weights, whenever you walk put them on I'm talking like 4kg weights, they will help you to lose weight and you'll barely notice them.

Take walks, eat smaller portions. When given the choice of what to eat more often than not take the healthier thing.

Well the next best way to get into good shape without actually working too hard is to work a little bit less harder. But the results are devastating. You will reach very much more faster if you go all the way and not skip when it starts to get hard

I mean I only eat between 6 pm and midnight as well, I lost a lot of weight this way but it is still very easy for me to gain it back if I start eating like shit even if its just in that time window.

This is true. Walking is not exercise, and doesn’t do anything unless you’re old and frail - in which case it’s still not exercise but it helps joints and keeps them from deconditioning.

Humans evolved as nomadic people - they needed to walk large distances and still conserve calories when food was scarce. Your body is VERY efficient at walking and it will not burn fat unless you walk either steep hills or extremely long distances.
