We're talking about humans, though, and they have 2 genders. Plants can reproduce asexually, but they still have 2 genders. If you look at most forms of asexual reproduction, they don't involve gender at all. They split, or something like that, so no. I would just call that 0 gender. The absence of a gender isn't a 3rd gender.
