Just accept it for what it is and move on with your life. I've been on both sides of this situation, more or less. It hurts when someone rejects you, but you don't know what they are going through. He may just be a dick or maybe some complicated shut is going on in his romantic life and he doesn't have the energy to let people down gently. I has a fucked up relationship with one girl that was messing my shit up, so when a girl would come up to talk to me I came of as cold and frankly a dick. One girl tried to give me her number so I can call her for a ride. I refused it because I was afraid my shitty gf would find the number and freak. Turns out my gf was getting dicked down by a few dudes and that was why she was so suspicious of me. After a lot of apologizing, the girl who's number I refused started talking to me again. Fast forward, we're married now and have two kids.
