The only way you're going to get old Yea Forums is if you go on tor and use tor services to receive torchan and shit.
Find a way to make non-internet protocol sites gain traffic and use that traffic to build a community.
It's too hard to get these people to go there, because they'll have to go through the same learning curve they went through when the just learned to use the internet. And they don't want the ego drop from the dunning kruger effect to happen again. That kind of growth kills egos, and egos are self-protecting like they're self-serving.
