if you dont know shit about working out just do that, it made me swole as fuck in 12 weeks and is beginner friendly. After you did that you can make your own schedule easily. Don't be a bitch about paying 7 bucks/month for it. Also take creatine

Do some basic exercises, like push-ups and sit-ups, and maybe do some dumbells.

Start with something like starting strength / stronglifts 5x5
Then after that you can move on after u gained some experience

Basic compound movements and get as strong as possible to build your foundation and more
Squat bench deadlift at least 140/100/180 kg after a year or you are doing something wrong..gl

You have to commit to the process, both mentally and physically. Commit to going to the gym 5 times a week. Commit to eating healthy 6 days a week.

Make a schedule and follow it. Devide up in fours:
-Back & Biceps
-Chest & Triceps
-Legs & Biceps
-Shoulders & Triceps
(Stomach & Crunches 2 days a week).

Eat a lot of protein, Increase in weights and ask for help at the gym.

this is good advice. Personally i like doing calfs on a different day as the other leg exercises.
