The fact is most people who have to deal with blacks have lots of bad experiences and very few good ones. I grew up in South Africa and I can honestly say that the hate and disgust towards black people as a whole is absolutely deserved as a general rule. Obviously if you meet a black person and they're doing none of the bad stuff most people will put them in the exception group and treat them differently. Unfortunately blacks have this stereotype for good reason. In the course of my, admittedly short, life I have met hundreds of black people and only four (yes, 4) of them have proven to be exceptions.
As for why this sentiment is found on Yea Forums, well, this website is one of the few social spaces where such thoughts and discussions can take place without being immediately deleted, banned or otherwise removed along with the people involved. Freedom of speech is seldom tolerated in the modern age.
