theres a difference between strong female characters developed in a story. and then having a female character pushed as a strong idol.
Game of thrones is full of strong woman without needing to emphasize on it, where as other movies which i know easily my best explanation wil be captain marvel, highlight and make you choke on the "protest"

I enjoyed her story. Unfortunately these fantasy stories aren't doing women any service. A 90 pound woman fighting a 230 pound man isn't going to end well for her. Training might help but put the best MMA fighter in the world in a cage with a gorilla and he won't survive. I remember those "Take Back The Night" self defense classes that were once so popular fell out of favor after a woman with a 3rd degree black belt was viciously raped and murdered by a common thug in NYC. Buy a gun ladies.
The aspects of feminism I find annoying about this show and Star Wars is that they never show any flaws in the female good guys, they can never be saved by a male character, they can never be wrong in an argument, there is never room for them to grow, because as far as we can tell they were born perfect and you know they'll win in the end. Countless important male characters can senselessly die for our amusement, but Princess Leia will suddenly learn how to fly before anybody is going to let her suffocate in space. We know Dani is going to get the iron throne. It's been telegraphed since the HBO staff writers took over. I just wish they hadn't turned all the male characters into weak little bitches.
