Doing that is EXTREMELY shady, and police will with 90% certainty stop you, and rightly so.

As soon you start running you resisting arrest and thats atleast a felony with upto 5 years in prison even if youre clean. Judge will probably state that you caused public distress aswell and this combined could put you behind bars for a decade.

In the states if an officer gives you a lawful order to stop running, which they can only do if they've reasonable suspicion or probable cause that you're about to, in the process of or recently have committed a crime, and you continue to run that's usually a misdemeanor charge.

Police sirens and lights count as a lawful order to stop, so if there's a cop car following you whilst you run with lights and sirens it's called an 'implied stop'.
