It's important that you understand, women don't view half of men as "above average" and half as below. It's not even "slightly" skewed.
Women, as a whole, see the vast majority of men as not just unattractive, but outright repulsive.
Just keep that in mind the next time you think about approaching a girl in public, or sending her a message on Tinder, or liking her photo on Instagram. Odds are good that she doesn't just not want you, she is actively disgusted by your existence.

It's more like even the top 20% of guys are willing to send messages to girls that are like 5/10 just to bang for a one night stand depending on the mood they're in, and women treat that as a sign that omg Chad just messaged me! And with how easy it is for women to just talk to guys and have it lead to sex it makes them think higher of themselves than they really are where they start to demand that same level from guys who want more than just sex which is why the whole modern dating game is basically miserable all around. The top 20% of guys just bang tons of women, women get hurt from getting used by those guys, take it out on all guys, and no one gets what they want (except those Chads banging all those women).
that's not true though. guys genuinely do care about their appearance being normal, whereas women are more likely to do crazy bullshit with their appearance. I will also call to attention gay men, who have generated an image of being trim and clean and presumably attractive as opposed to gay women who make you think of a fat short haired bitch with issues.

This is one of the reasons I stayed far away from "dating". I've only been with two girls. Technically three, but one was just an online "girlfriend". But the two in real life were girls that I cared for seriously, and considered marrying. Didn't work out, but I still won't put my dick in anything that I don't want to keep. If more people did that, we'd all be better off.
