What you may be referring to is that hispanics are sometimes anti-black and black people don't like how there's supposed to be this racial solidarity between minorities but at the same time hispanics sometimes throw black people under the bus. but generally the two get along.

I know a lot of cool black people, but I recently moved to a rough part of the city, and the loudest, rudest, most criminal people around here are always black people. The latinos are respectable. The white hipsters are a little weird and dorky, but they're not a problem. The Arabs are super niceIt's always the black people who steal stuff, try to scam people, and make tons of noise all day and all night. And in fact, it's pretty much the African Americans and Haitians. The Ethiopian immigrants are always super nice and respectful. Why is that? Why is it racist to point this stuff out?

Yes. I saw a store get robbed a few days ago. Every single day I hear black people screaming at each other on the street from my apartment. There are latinos, whites, Asians, and Arabs here. I only hear the blacks screaming at each other. I only see blacks threatening to fight each other. I never felt this way about black people before, and I have black friends. But here, it's pretty extreme.
