Anyone here have experience with CBD products? Looking to know how well they work for anxiety. Still need to function throughout the day.

Trying to just get through the shit work day. 3 years until I pay off my house so I need to keep working.

Problem is I'm a total noob. Tried some edibles but they were meh tier.Just need that anxiety feeling to vanish.

Meditating and benadryl have gotten me this far. Maybe I should try r9k

Help me out bros. Also wondering if it'll show up in a drug test.

hold on yo, cbd shouldn't mess you up

like if you take too much there is some bad effects(dizzy, nausea) but it shouldn't get you high.

what's the best method of intake? vape? capsules?

I see distillate 4:1 ratios, joints, and capsules for sale but don't know wtf i'm doing.

i keep seeing oil being talked about for anxiety. they say too high of a dose gets rid of the anti-anxiety benefits of it, so i would suggest on off days trying to find what the best thing is, start small and work your way upwards would be my suggestion.

i'd just kill myself but my wife and family won't be happy. kinda dumb, stuck on this planet. figure i'd try dudelmaoweed! at least

From research and information published online from users of CBD oil, doses between 40mg and 600mg seem most effective.
but
>Speak to your doctor before you take CBD oil for anxiety, especially if you are already on medication. Using a CBD tincture may increase the potency of other drugs. If you’re taking prescription medication and want to reduce or stop your drug, speak to a qualified healthcare worker first

my primary care is all about herbal supplements from whole foods. wonder which way he'd swing on something like this.

also 40mg - 600mg is a huge dose range. that's like saying drink one cup to one gallon of water to quench your thirst.

are you already on meds for it though?
also
>If you're taking a urine or oral fluid test, the detection thresholds are even lower. Gannon says that "depending on a number of parameters—including amount consumed, how often one uses CBD products, and body composition—it is possible that these trace amounts of THC could accumulate and then be detected in a drug test." "It’s possible, but it's highly unlikely," concurs Jamie Corroon, a postdoctoral fellow at the National University of Natural Medicine and the founder of the Center for Medical Cannabis Education.

no. i'm a pharmafag and don't want anything that could be prescribed for anxiety. it's all shit.

nothing i take now will interact with cbd

it depends on a lot of things, i would say start at the 40 end and work your way up. starting small would be better generally, that way you can see if there's side effects starting to show up, etc. instead of going on say 1000mg and getting the spins.

how should i ingest it?

there's soft gels and oils for oral, there's mouth fedora(vape) stuff too i think. i mean the sky is the limit now adays.

soft gel's okay? heard edibles fuck you up. dont know if that's the same for cbd and recreational edibles.

i mean you can do whatever, i was just trying to give you a more consistent route for use. i don't know much about cbd edibles.
