Small/tiny homes like that are ridiculously cheap to build. if you didnt build the wizard tower you could do it for under $50k easy. Hell you can get a decent pre-fab plopped down for $20k. Hardest part is just getting the land, water, electricity and the concrete slab set up.

And I mentioned that. Before that people used baby wipes or rags with camp soap'ed water. Sometimes a proper shower is not available, this is the best light weight solution. In fact it is the solution I tell people to have on hand in Bugging In/Out SHTF or Natural Disaster level situations. Using even a gallon of water to bath or wash your hair would be insane until you have a new source of clean water.

solar shower... it's essentially just a black bag you leave in the sun for a few hours until the water's nice and hot.
then when you want to shower you hang it from a branch or the side of your vehicle and do your thing.
some people who live in their vans fulltime put a black plastic PVC pipe on the roof of their vehicle and put a shower nozzle attachment on one end. fill up with water, park vehicle in the sun (or it gets warm when you're driving on a sunny day) and same thing.
hang a shower curtain around your doors with some magnets and you're good.

The bag solar camping shower basically you fill with water, have it sit in the sun and the water will heat up because of the dark material of the bag giving you warm/hot shower water. You hang it from a tree and it will have an adapter at the bottom you open to spray yourself and close when you are soaping up or done rinsing.
Some people use them as well with stealth vans with a bar over the top of the 2 back doors and hanging it there. Then put a curtain across the end of the doors for privacy.
