Hah, can't get black tar here for love nor money! Got someone who's been after that for ages. It comes as dry rocks, usually 30-60% with an opium smell/taste so not too bad. I cut it with lactose if it's a bit lumpy, I don't add too much benzocaine though as it makes me itchy for some reason.

I recommend not looking for black tar. It's more addicting. I did regular heroin once and I hated it. The rush is pathetic, black tar high is damn near PURE euphoria. Which is the addicting part of the high. Regular heroin just put me down and made me sick cuz I kept hitting it trying to get that euphoric rush. And it never came

Heroin is diamorphine; it's a controlled substance both in the states and where I am. I take enough pills as it is, I snort the brown stuff so I can take enough to kill the pain without getting too fucked. If I just want to be a zombie and sleep, I've got pills for that too. I'm not prescribed diamorphine though so I buy heroin cheap and use that.
