Looks like you can see the dye pack, can you tell if it's exposed on the other side? If not then like user said try to smash it off while facing it away from you, dye pack will blow and shoes will be fine. Just try to do it outside facing downwind. If it looks like it'll blow from both sides, then I wouldn't do it.

If you got an old HDD's laying around you can take those apart for 2 small but pretty strong magnets. So strong that if they touch face to face it's a challenge to get them off of each other without breaking them.

If you don’t have an HDD magnet or other rare earth magnet you’re kind of boned. Try that condom menthod or if you have wire cutters maybe see if you can fit them in to cut the wire. They literally use magnets to remove those in stores.
