This weekend I have rewired some of the lighting in my house (converting from halogen to LED), I’ve brewed some beer (IPA), I’ve played rugby (we won the match), played in my band (I’m on guitar and vocals) and checked over the contract for a $200,000/yr job I’ve been offered.

What have you been up to?

Congratulations! I am just preparing for Series A funding for my startup I founded a year ago, got an evaluation of 800 Mil. USD, can't wait! Don't have a clue about manual labour though

Nice. What does your start up do?

Fintech! What do you do?

Read the AA book. Pretty inspiring. Still drinking though.

I’m a patent litigation lawyer. Hope you’ve got your IP all nailed down.

Will do! I am very proud of it as I was not able to attend university before, but with it going so well I might still be able to get a degree before I turn 30. How does one make IPA?

Does it say “why” you should stop? Or does it just cover the “how”?

Very nice!

Come on chap, don't drink so much. You could do something like a swear jar, every time you drink you put a GBP in there, doubling the amount every time!

The stories say why, sort of.

I used golden promise and crystal malt. Simcoe hops in the boil, with late addition of comet, Taiheke and my own homegrown hops. Pitched with Ale yeast. I’ll dry hop probably 14 and 4 days with all 4 varieties.

You don’t have a patent yet?

I don't have one yet, no. It is still pending

Are you based in the UK, might need a patent lawyer in the future?

Oh so you have filed, then. Good.

I used to practice in the UK but not anymore. I would recommend Page White & Farrer. Good firm.

saw movie, rebuilt my lawnmowers engine, played some board games, went for a drive, cut the grass

I will, thank you so much!

What movie? Was it good?

Ate Indian food yesterday so up early with an enormous mound of shit to start the day.

end game, and yeah, it was hard to avoid spoilers all week, but worth it.

How did it rate on the Bristol Scale?

I like this thread, no degenerate morons so far...

Super hero/comic spinoff isn’t my thing, really. I liked Deadpool though.

This weekend I have rewired the whole of my 16 bedroom mansion: Power ring-mains & lighting on all floors.
I bottled 4 x six bottle crates of single malt whisky, that I distilled 16 years ago and matured in first fill oak quarter casks, back in 2002.
Competed in a triathlon - I'd already won the competition (easily) after the first two legs and took it really easy on the third leg, after (piggyback) carrying one of the other competitors who collapsed with exhaustion, by trying to keep up with me - thus winning 2nd equal spots in the third leg, for myself and "passenger". Afterwards, I conducted the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra (from 1st violin) in a complete rendition of Wagner's Ring Cycle ( aka "Der Ring des Nibelungen") before the Crowned Heads of Europe's Sovereign States; and checked over my voluntary early retirement pension ( £ 10,000,000 per year + 50% per year, or 2 x inflation rate, whichever is the greater).

Also:
just finished retouching the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, whilst replying to your post.

it'a been a long 11 years since the first movie that came out when I was 20. it was satisfying to watch it end.

Nice.

You also must have made good time from Berlin to Rome! What kind of bike were you on?

What wiring do you have to do for the halogen to LED conversion?

Shit posting on b. Just like you.

Faggot

Rugby league or union? What position?

What kind of music your band play?

I got stoned, played vidya and ate food. Pretty bored this afternoon so think I'm gonna do the same again.

What does your startup do?

I jerked off to Elexis Monroe

That's a lot of samefagging

Well, to be honest, I hadn't got enough time to get there on my four cylinder vintage Vincent Black Lighting, or by drivbing my Ferrari Testarosa (as I'd promised to get the Pope back there in time to see the official presentation of my renovation of the Sistine Chapel) So, I just flew us over there in my Cessna and landed on the roof of St Paul's Cathedral - then carried His Holiness in the (long-since mothballed) "Sedia Gestatoria", over to the Sistine Chapel, as his customary "Popemobile" was in for its MOT and monthly restocking of its Crème de Menthe & Cocaine bar.

Editing a commercial and prepping for shoot tomorrow.
