You do realize that the reason that penis length measurements have been going DOWN in scientific studies is because all of the initial studies in America & Europe depended upon self-reporting? "Sure, doc, I'm 14 inches fully erect!" In other parts of the world, the studies weren't anonymous which is why there is a continued misperception that Asians are significantly shorter; Because their initial studies were conducted with more scientific rigor (ie they actually measured the damn thing than relied upon the patient telling them).
In the end, 90-95% of young adult males are perfectly fine; If you're 12-14 cm, congratulations, you've got nothing to worry about. Even if you're 10-12 cm, you're probably within the realistic global average (some parts of the world & demographics are better represented in studies than others).
After all, a woman's vagina is not an aircraft carrier and anything past 12 cm will likely not fit inside a typical uterus without some measure of discomfort on her part.

The real funny thing is that penis length, historically, has neither been an evolutionary or social advantage until the last 150 years.
If anything, the scientific data suggests that having an abnormally large penis could be harmful for your long-term health.
