start going to psychiatrist. every time i walk in the door i start shaking and shit and i fit right in with all the other mentally damaged fuckers in there. currently have them giving me xanax and vivanse. xanax is temporary though. had to go thru 4 months of random other shit though. just keep telling them you dont like vertain side effects of what they wnat to give you, look it up on your phone right then and there. literally ALL anti anxiety meds have negative sexual side effects, except benzos and potentially 1 or 2 others. so everytime they offer something, say nope I dont want something that will decrease my libido or make it hard to maintain an erection and at some point they will be like "well how about some clonazepam" and look it up on your phone and be like yea that seems like it would be good lets try that

Seriously dude just look up the side effects of the crap meds and insist they are unacceptable to you. Sexual side effects is a good one. If your issue is anxiety and you insist on avoiding sexual side effects you WILL get benzos in a short period of time

yeah, detoxing sucks. last time i did a quick taper. still couldn't eat the first day, felt like shit. muscles hurt a few days, and my hands shook for a few too. it made my traps and forearma sore. luckily it wasnt enough to make me seize up and shit. didn't puke either. I knew i had limited so i went from 3g a day down very quick. and i know my 3g wasnt shit compared to many people. I never took a bunch at once to get throwed, i probably actually have anxiety so it makes me talk, in a better mood, and get more work done. or I'm depressed and thats why I'm lazy and unmotivated. I'm going to anxiety route though. I've always been a "worry wart" my whole life, I make up nonexistent problems in my head, and my immediate thoughts to certain things are negative and i freak. when i was a kid if my parents went shopping, i couldn't just relax. any time I heard a siren or something I thought it was a wreck. if they were gone too long id panic. as I'm older, I'm a big time hypochondriac, which is odd considering i do drugs that damage my liver and shit, and smoke, but thats just how I've been forever.
