It gets hard to correctly regulate those allowed drugs when I try to add using them for sleep. I end up sitting up at night very "depressed and scared" while it is dark and it wilk not be possible to sleep without sunlight. On these nights uppers reduce inflamation, make the time speed by until daylight, and give me a mood boost that makes watching a movie, playing a game, or chatting fun.
