How do I break up with a woman who loves me and is a wonderful person but I just don't quite feel it for any more? Especially when before meeting her some 10 years ago you were more or less an incel as they say now? Also, the first 6 months suck. There's nothing worse than a baby that won't stop crying. But just get through it, it does get better.

That's really hard. The fact is, you will probably pick someone just like her if you do dump her. So ask yourself if she's really that bad? Maybe you don't have a problem with her, maybe you just don't feel like you deserve her? Just try and be honest with yourself. If you are sure you don't want to be with her anymore, I would probably lead up to it over time.

Yeah I've been thinking about and building up to it for a while but she's been quite sick with an auto immune disease and breaking it off means she'd have to go live with her parents which she says she'd hate. I do really care about her but the passion is gone and I feel horrible looking at everyone else around me with lust. I know I have no prospects but if I did I would leave her which is what makes it worse. I feel I owe it to her to break her heart even if it's the beginning of my own downfall. All feels shitty though.
