The most a person will generally lose in a week is two pounds. That's the MOST.

It's not anorexia because you actually eat more calories than the average person during that time. Anorexia is starving yourself with very few calories, intermittent fasting is actually giving yourself more calories than the average person does. The reason you lose weight is that for a lot of people (not all) fat is caused by insulin, and eating throughout the day causes insulin spikes that when combined with your calorie intake mean you get a lot of fat stored. Intermittent fasting makes you burn that insulin as you don't spike nearly as much even if you eat 3000 calories in one sitting.

you can't expect to lose more than 750g~1kg a week. Of course exercising isn't enough, you have to watch your diet closely.
