No it will not.
It's possible to burst them however.
They don't actually suck the blood. They just let it stream in due to capillary effect and blood pressure.
If a mosquito stings you, you can stretch the skin very hard, i.e on your arm. This way the mosquito might not be able to pull out and will burst since the blood will keep flowing.
