No dentist that respects himself will put bracers on a mouth with so much gingivitis or else you'll loose all the bone that keeps your teeth in place.
Go ask for root scaling in a periodontologist but you also need to stop being such a dirt pig and brushing your teeth at home. After that you'll have to go on some years of bracers.
You're not that fucked up in the mouth side, you'll have to worry more about the dentist bills because 'Murica
