Get their login. I use soc eng + fish

login late at night when they are probably sleeping - just in case it alerts a new login (some accts have this set, others dont)

Have two browsers open, one browser logged into fb with a diff acct, so you can see targets friends list.

Then login in targets fb with other browser, if it blocks you because the login looks weird. Just choose "Identify friends", and then search through their friends list to match the 5 people they show you, you gotta be quick, takes some skill but its doable... You probably wont ever even see this, but just in case be prepared.

if they dont have a identify friends you can try comments or recently messaged if you know them well. But thats hard, also if they have 2 factor set then you are screwed. Unless you develop code to deal with this, in which case you would need them to interact with your code at real time. Doable but more involved

Each time you attempt to load something when logged in, your computer is sending info to the server. As soon as the password is changed and the changes have taken effect, that info is invalid. Although if you get the password, change the account recovery details. Should buy you more time if they aren’t protected by a phone number backup (but usually logging in from a different location triggers this anyway, so I’d assume these accounts aren’t)
