Also, dehydration will make the muscles seem more defined, although as a lifestyle dehydration is not recommended. You obviously have the genetics for a six-pack so you could try actually training, and it will take time(yes I know shocking). A tip is to train your WHOLE body since it craves to be balanced. Or you could starve yourself so you have like 7% bodyfat

You've essentially got a swimmer's body anyhow. You'd generally not want to bulk much more but if you want to get closer to that ripped look, all you can do is burn it off. Calorie deficit and a shit tonne of cardio.
Also keep your salt and carb intake low, protein and fats a little higher. Fill up with greens. I'd stick 1300kcal to 1500kcal but only if you're happy with what muscle you have, because you'll have trouble gaining.

Just train hard until exhaustion and eat as clean as you can manage, the leanest I ever was was when I’d work out twice a day and basically just ate and slept. But to be honest everyone’s bodies different so you just got to find what works for you

Diet and sleep. Stay away from all sugars. Eat good fats. If you want to drop fat quick, fast. Fast in the morning until about 12pm. Eat high protein a good carbs. Eat another good meal around 6-7pm. Drink a lot of water. Sleep for 8-10 hours a day.

But there's some seriousness to it since no matter how much you train it's the bodyfat % that's going to make it break it how much contures your ab gets. 7% is like bodybuilding level but you need to lover it just some. I'd recommend just keep training sine you obviously do that already and just ad a bit cardio, and keep the same meal size. But you could skip adding cardio and cut the meal size down a bit so you get a tiny deficiency
