There are many factors that play into it of course but taking someone's hormones and flipping them earlier than they do now may cause more issues. And I'm worried that if the rate climbs as these kids transition very early and change their minds as young teens to their twenties that they will be deviated at what they have done and what the adults have let them do.

I genuinely worry about trans kids and people. They are just people, strange to me albeit most of the time, but just humans going about their life probably as aimlessly as I feel I am sometimes.

I have had 25 years on this planet with a gun to my head twice (one mine and one someone else's) and now have a kid on the way. I am just barely now figuring out my end goal in life and it's still a mess.

The suicide rate is high because of the social effects after transitioning. Imagine finally being happy with your body and able to live with dysphoria only to have all family and friends abandon you and a chance at new friends seems impossible since society still hates you. The ones that suicide were bullied or abandoned, it’s not the treatment itself but the reactions they get from going thru with it. Another reason I’d require a therapist. Even if you know it’s what you want you need to be aware of how you will be treated and if you can live with it. It’s hard to reverse and people should be 100% sure. I knew how I felt when I was young but it was before the average person knew what a tranny even was.
