With both of those i'd probably constantly fuck myself over. With red, I'd probably accidentially go down a completely different road and not be able to fix the mistakes I made previously, while with blue I'd probably go crazy and drive other people crazy by reading their minds. I've always thought that red would be a good answer. Changing things about myself would be great. I used to always pick that pill.

But someone here made a good point that I've always subconciously ignored: once you change 2-3 things in your past, it would be changed enough that any other events that are supposed to happen probably won't happen the same way now that you're a fifferent person acting differently than you did.

You'd be caught in a viscious pull between desperarely trying to keep the parts of your current life that you like (I would still want to end up with my wife and have my kid), and trying your hardest to drastically change other aspects, as if the two wouldn't interfere with one another.

Most likely the advantage of foreknowledge would be rendered useless within a year or two, since your life would be different.

However, you'd still have knowledge of things unaffected by you, like knowing that one should invest in Apple early on, etc. That's still useful. But once again, the end result of the red pill is to be a normal person but with more money. And let's be honest, most people, myself included, would want to make chages that they honestly could make right now, like losing weight. It would be easier to start over at 12 with that mentality, yes, but I could just do it now, too. Lol.

The blue pill, however, gives you unlimited potential to control the world around you in crazy powerful ways.
