honestly I get them, just not terribly and am also struggling to get rid of them. Some things I have read suggest

-After you nair, DONT use soap, and don't scrub the area you just used nair on. This irritates the skin and dries it out. Seems kinda weird, but maybe when you plan on using nair, take a shower to get clean in the morning, then later in the day nair and rinse.

-Make sure you are always wearing clean clothes and have clean bedsheets.

-Wear shorts and let your legs breathe whenever possible, if you wear skinny jeans its just trapping all that sweat against your skin which isnt good

-Undies that use fabric that will wick sweat away from your skin will help as well

-Don't use lotion that leaves your skin oily. A non oil based ALOE lotion is your best bet.

Maybe double check me on the lotion point, but other than that one, I am sure all the other points help. I've been doing all these and unfortunately last shave gave me some pretty rough looking bumps. So doesnt seem like theres any foolproof way to not get them.
