Ah. Last thing I remember before super mario party was that really awful one where everyone rode around in a cart together and there weren't any spaces. It might have been a way to take away the salt inducing parts of mario party but it also kinda took away a lot of the fun too.

And Breath of the Wild was solid. I haven't beaten Gannon yet though, was in the process of trying to do the DLC.
It was unfortunate because they could have done a lot more with it if the switch wasn't so under powered. The world apart from land marks was kinda bare.
That said from what I've played its a solid 8/10. And impressive first try at an open world Zelda game.

actually, that is not the fault of the switch, they actually just ported the game over from the Wii U and I don't think they bothered optimizing it for the switch so it could look and run better. The DLC is good, I liked the sword trials cause it made the master sword more viable as it should be. The world is kinda bare, and I feel the durability system could have been better implemented and still retained its purpose of "making you try different weapons", they could have also gotten rid of it in favor of a system where certain enemies are weak to certain types of weapons.

Yeah true. I forgot it was a port.
Still it was held back from what it really could have been. It feels like it gets close to the finish line then just kinda stops short.
The durability could have been doubled and that would have worked out fine.
The DLC is nice like you said because the master sword feels like slapping stuff with a wet noodle before you power it up fully.
