Professor hulk wore Tony's infinity guantlet, there was a big final battle against thanos' army towards the end of the movie when cap uses this hammer, they go back to the original avengers timeline and fight thanos' army during that time along with their 'past' selves.

All the remaining avengers get 1 shot at going back in time, bringing an infinity stone with them.

They all have 1 shot because they only have x- amount of pym-particles which are needed for the time-jump.

Tony, ant-man and captain america screw up their bit and lose the space-stone.
